Everything is free as long as this freedom is equal

So you should get all liberties

This is called culture
thus

unity (through equality) of diversity (through freedom)






[e.g.: each system is equal, and should be equaly capable to choose freely for it self, without intervention, which would othwerwise limit freedom within.
Or your world/information can also be mine, equally, as long as your world/infromation is kept free within it self (see patents), but outward this world/information is equal.]
This generates a diversiy of free systems, in a greater equal system, thus of free diverse systems.
